Thank you for your interest in booking your event with us!

Accommodations:

The building comes equipped with a kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave for your use (the stove is not in use). We also have 8 round tables with 8 chairs at each table and 3 rectangle tables.  

No Alcohol/No DJ’s: No exceptions/No Grills

Any damage to the memorial and foundation will result in a $500 fee.

Capacity 

Limit: 80 ppl max

This is strictly enforced by the Hall County Fire code. 

Rental Rate:

4 hours $350

8 hours $500 (All events must end by 11:30pm) That includes time to clean up

Cancelation Policy: 

There is a non-refundable fee of $50 if reservation is not canceled within 48hours of event.

Cleaning:

The building must be cleaned and left in good condition (Inside and Out), otherwise you will be responsible for an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please do not pour food or grease down the drains.
